Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging. Items must be returned with all original tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us at support@elyonatelier.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the limited and curated nature of our collections, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Worn, washed, or altered items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved to ensure availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or production, it cannot be canceled.
