Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days after processing

  • International: 7–21 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

 


 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

 


 

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

 


 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. ELYON Atelier is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

 


 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with filing claims when applicable.
